Redbirds is a non-profit organization established in 2019 and proudly rooted in Middle Tennessee.

As a Christian-based organization, we strive to put God first in everything we do. Our mission reaches far beyond the field — we are committed to preparing young athletes for life by building character, discipline, leadership, and faith through the game.

Redbirds was created to provide a higher level of competition and development for talented and motivated baseball and softball players who desire to grow in a team-centered, development-driven environment. We focus on long-term athlete development, elite coaching standards, and a culture built on excellence, faith, and family.

Redbirds Organization Inc. develops players to reach their full potential.

We are a development-first baseball and softball organization built on a foundation of Faith, Family, and Standards of Excellence.

We teach the game the right way—with purpose, discipline, and accountability—while developing young men and women of character, resilience, and confidence.

Every player is coached, mentored, and held to a standard that prepares them not only for the next level of competition, but for life beyond the field. At our core, Redbirds is more than an organization. We are a family, united by Faith, driven by Excellence, and committed to developing athletes the right way.
