Redbirds is a non-profit organization established in 2019 and proudly rooted in Middle Tennessee.

As a Christian-based organization, we strive to put God first in everything we do. Our mission reaches far beyond the field — we are committed to preparing young athletes for life by building character, discipline, leadership, and faith through the game.

Redbirds was created to provide a higher level of competition and development for talented and motivated baseball and softball players who desire to grow in a team-centered, development-driven environment. We focus on long-term athlete development, elite coaching standards, and a culture built on excellence, faith, and family.

Our Mission

Redbirds Organization Inc. develops players to reach their full potential.

We value ourselves on teaching life lessons in every player who chooses to play for us. We care how each player holds himself accountable in achieving short term goals, and turning them into life goals. It’s not always about winning and losing on the ball field, but about creating an environment that will help them succeed in life from beyond the baseball field. Ultimately, our coordinators and coaches will strive to prepare each player mentally and physically outside of their comfort zone to reach their full potential.
