We are a development-first baseball and softball organization built on a foundation of Faith, Family, and Standards of Excellence.
We teach the game the right way—with purpose, discipline, and accountability—while developing young men and women of character, resilience, and confidence. Every player is coached, mentored, and held to a standard that prepares them not only for the next level of competition, but for life beyond the field.
At our core, Redbirds is more than an organization. We are a family, united by Faith, driven by Excellence, and committed to developing athletes the right way.
Our Mission is simple
Be a LEADER – Taking charge of a situation under pressure, effort, sacrifice, and showing the way through good leadership.
Be a TEAM PLAYER – Showing enthusiasm and courage all the time, taking advice and criticism in an effort to improve, being humble on and off the field, and respecting your opponent in both victory and defeat.
Be a COMPETITOR – Possessing a deep determination and desire to improve, having pride in yourself, and never give up. Challenge yourself to be mentally tougher than your opponents every play.

Be AGGRESSIVE – Hustle, playing with passion and intensity, and always giving maximum effort.
Be DEDICATED - Showing up to practices mentally, working hard at every rep, staying focused to reduce mental errors, and disciplining yourself daily to what’s important to you.
Be LOYAL – Thinking in terms of "we" instead of "I". You want to sacrifice for the good of the team, and respecting the organization and your teammates.
